Ryukyu mugwort and basil pesto sauce (50g)

Yamayan's homemade pesto is a collaboration between the queen of herbs, mugwort, and the king of herbs, basil, which each release a sweet and refreshing aroma. The chef carefully prepares the ingredients on the day they are purchased so that you can enjoy the aroma, and the sauce is a perfect balance of the soothing aroma of basil, the slight bitterness of mugwort, cashew nuts that soften it, and garlic that gives it a slightly sharp taste. Please do not heat the sauce, but let it thaw naturally and then mix it with the noodles before eating.

After thawing, cut the bag with scissors and mix it with your favorite pasta noodles (100g).
