■ Product Description
The umami of the scallops, the sweetness of the vegetables, the freshness of the celery, and the subtle aroma of fish sauce make for an addictive taste. It goes well with rice or as a snack with alcohol. We use domestically produced scallops, which are rich in vitamin B1 and taurine, and the seasoning used in the dish is fish sauce that does not contain sugar.
