■ Product Description
A vegan bolognese with plenty of mushrooms disguised as meat. By patiently and slowly baking the mushrooms and vegetables, it's hard to believe it's vegan.
With its deep flavor and texture, and the refreshing aroma of Ryukyu mugwort, we've added just a little to it. It can be mixed with noodles to make pasta, served on steamed vegetables, or used as a sauce for rice burgers filled with plenty of fresh vegetables.
■ Cooking method
Place in boiling water while still frozen for 8 to 10 minutes, then cut the bag with scissors to open.
It can also be enjoyed mixed with your favorite pasta noodles (100g), as a hot vegetable or burger sauce.
Recommended recipe: Tips for boiling delicious gluten-free pasta: Bring a little more water than usual to a boil, remove the pasta when it is al dente, and rinse lightly under running water.
